At Something Went Wrong, we believe your style should be effortless, even when the fit isn't right. We offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
